Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager for one of our clients in Houston. The Construction Manager will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
Develop project schedules and budgets.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
