We are seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Cycle to oversee and optimize our revenue cycle operations.for a MSO client. This is a remote position, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare revenue cycle management.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue cycle processes.
Oversee billing, coding, and collections operations.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Monitor and analyze revenue cycle performance metrics.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in revenue cycle management and 2+ years of Leadership position
Strong knowledge of Hospital billing, coding, and collections processes.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
