Implementations Support Specialist

Our client is looking for an Implementation Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance to their clients. This role involves troubleshooting product issues and supporting our professional services and support departments.
Responsibilities:
Address client-reported issues and resolve support requests promptly.
Escalate complex problems to development with proper documentation.
Attend priority meetings and provide ticket details.
Understand and communicate product updates to customers.
Organize tasks to meet deadlines and prioritize support tickets.
Communicate directly with clients for additional information and updates.
Open and manage tickets in Salesforce and TFS.
Attend product test sessions and document issues.
Use SQL to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Provide training and go-live support for products.
Maintain and update manuals with each product release.
Champion customer needs and build strong relationships.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience in SQL and data analysis.
Ability to manipulate stored procedures and troubleshoot database issues.
AthenaOne EHR experience a huge plus
Understanding of database design and maintenance.
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and pride in work.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Team player with excellent time-management and communication skills.
Remote workspace conducive to productivity.
