Quality Assurance Director - Food & Beverage

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Director for our Food and Beverage division in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of product quality and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures specific to the food and beverage industry.
Oversee quality control processes and conduct regular inspections.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, including FDA and USDA regulations.
Collaborate with production and R&D teams to ensure product quality from development to delivery.
Prepare and present detailed quality reports to senior management.
Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Food Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of quality assurance experience in the food and beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations (HACCP, FSMA, GMP).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a QA team.
