Our client is seeking a Registered Architect with experience in K-12 educational facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and managing architectural projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities:
Develop architectural designs for K-12 educational facilities.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Prepare and present design proposals and project reports.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Registered Architect with a valid license.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing K-12 educational facilities.
Strong design and project management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
