We are seeking a Sales Manager for our plastics Contract Packaging services client. This role involves managing workload, generating quotes, verifying prices, forecasting sales, prospecting new accounts, and maintaining existing ones. Focus on delivering volume and margin growth, executing sales strategies, and expanding customer volume.
Responsibilities:
Manage workload, call reports, quotes, price verification, and sales forecasts.
Prospect new accounts and maintain relationships with existing accounts.
Drive volume and margin growth for Contract Packaging services.
Execute sales strategies to profitably grow a defined territory or customer base.
Develop new customers and expand existing customer volume.
Requirements

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Experience with sales contracts and business agreements.
Financial management and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
8+ years of sales experience in the plastics industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer base.
Knowledge of contract packaging and the plastics market.
